Weight loss:How to start

Obesity is like a curse in modern days.When you are obase,you are easily caught by diseases.Obesity invites diabates,cholestrol rise,joint aches,infertility etc different diseases.So,we must try to loose our excess body weight.It is like a battle agaist your extra body fat.So,before starting the battle,you have to prepare yourself to win.Here are a few steps you can follow:

1. First thing you need in order to loose your weight is a strong determination.Go to your refridgerator,open the door and throw away the cans and bottols of cold drinks,packets of sweets,chocolates,dry fruits like cashwnuts,raisins,pastries etc.I know it is tough.take a deep breath and just do it.

2. Take a photograph of you in which u r looking very ugly for your fattiness.look at it and ask yourself "do i want to look like that for rest of my life?"and if you have already lost some weight ask yourself "do i want to look like that again?"

3. Before going for a shopping or any outing,eat something(like fruits,puffed rice) which will keep your stomach full for longer period.stop eating out frequently.

4. If it is necessery to dine out(for parties,formal invitations),first consume a bowl of soup,and then eat low calory foods(like baked,grilled vegetables,chicken brests,fish)...try to avoid much carbohydrates like fried rice,biryani,noodles,pasta etc.

5. Try to minimze your daily carbohydrate intake.Don't run to fast,reduce it gradually.Take more vegitables and protin.If you are non-vegeterian, you can eat fish.it is full of minerals,protin and contains omega-3(good fat).

6.if you take 3/4 major meals a day,break it in 7/8 smaller portions.Eat fruits(minimum 100 grams fresh fruits a day,not packaged juices).

7.build a daily exercise routine.if it is not possible to go to gym,I will suggest you to practise yoga at home.It will also help you to cure disease.Do pranayam and yogasans.It is also good to brisk walk in your exercise routine.

8.Drink lots of water everyday(minimum 8 glass per day).Make it a habit.Always carry water bottles when you go out.

9.Avoid suger.replace it with honey.

10.You can make a habit of drinking green tea.It is full of anti-oxidants.Daily 4/5 cups of green tea burns 80 calories per day.(isn,t it good info????)It also strengthens your immunity system.

11.When you go to store to buy clothes,buy one beautifull dress for yourself,but one size smaller than your present size(i.e. if you ware XL,buy the L one.)and promise yourself that you will make yourself ready to wear it very soon.

12.Make some rull for yourself,and follow them.and also list some punishment for breaking those rules.(i.e.,I won't eat chocolate.If I do,I will do 30 mins extra exercise that day).Forget the phrase "one day breaking rule won't harm".Be strict to yourself.

13.And last but not the least stay happy.cut off your stresses,your depressions,your anger.Try to stay cool and calm(Yogasans and pranayam can help you a lot in this matter).love your body and your mind.
